My mom encouraged me to find about 20 good meals after we got married so that I could always have ingredients on hand and not have to worry about what to have for dinner.
I was meal planning for the week, and I think I am finally there! Kris likes these meals, and I like making them! I’m still going to try new recipes, but now we have a plan. Thanks to everyone that showered me with recipes to try! Some of these things are “instant,” but I wanted to have them on the list as a reference. The Betty Crocker cookbook my sister got me is really a winner! She also got me one about casseroles from Taste of Home! Look at all the items on the list from those collections!
